About Us
Local Cabinet Makers in Des Moines
Custom Cabinets Des Moines is a local custom cabinet shop serving Des Moines and the surrounding communities. We design, build and install cabinetry that fits the room and the way you live in it.
Who We Are
A Des Moines Cabinet Shop, Not a Showroom Chain
We build cabinets the way we'd want them built in our own homes.
We are a custom cabinet shop, which means every project starts with your room. We measure the walls, talk through how you use the space, and design the cabinetry around it — rather than fitting your life around a standard cabinet size.
The same people who design your cabinets build and install them. That continuity is the difference between cabinets that look right on a drawing and cabinets that look right in your home a year later.
We work on kitchens, built-ins and refacing across the Des Moines metro, and we are a phone call away whenever you have a question.
What We Stand For
How We Build
Built By Hand, In-House
Your cabinets are built in our shop by the cabinet makers who measured your space — not assembled from a flat-pack or pulled off a warehouse shelf.
Licensed & Insured
We are licensed and insured to work in Iowa, and we stand behind what we build with a clear, written proposal before any work starts.
Local to Des Moines
We live and work in the Des Moines metro. When you call, you reach the people building your cabinets — not a call center.
